4 WEEK SNOWBOARD INSTRUCTOR COURSE
Colorado, USA
Train to become a qualified snowboard instructor
If you have ever thought about becoming a snowboard instructor or wondered how to gain the certifications needed for a snowboard instructor job, Snow Trainers deliver everything you need. Spend 4 weeks in Colorado, USA and train for internationally recognised qualifications while riding Colorado’s famous deep dry powder.
An amazing winter experience
Snow Trainers want to make sure you have a fun, rewarding and memorable experience on our courses which is why we chose Copper mountain for our USA course. With an average snowfall of 282 in / 710 cm, 22 lifts and 2,450 acres/985 hectares of terrain to play on you are sure to have an amazing time. And if that’s not enough, we have also included an amazing day of Snow-cat riding so you can hit the back-country and have the slopes to yourself!
Right by Copper is the one-of-a-kind indoor freestyle training facility – Woodward. We give you the option of an add-on pass so you can practice your moves on a trampoline or foam pit before you take it to the park.
USA’s best snowboard trainers
Snow Trainers coaches are Trainers and Examiners for the AASI-RM, not just high level instructors. Who else would you want to be trained by other than the actual coaches who run the certification exams and decide who make the grade? Your trainers have many years of experience both instructing and training students to become instructors. They still work for Copper Ski and Ride School so they know what you need for the exams and also what's required in the real world of instructing. Another bonus of being with Copper instructors is that you will get VIP treatment at the lifts - no long queues for you!
Our head snowboard trainer is also one of our owners - Tony Macri. Tony is the chief snowboard examiner for the AASI in the Rocky Mountains, and he is the guy who sets the standards for all instructors qualified in Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico.
Internationally recognised qualifications
The Snow Trainers 4 Week Snowboard Instructor course prepares you for the AASI-RM Level One certification. You also have the option of extending your stay to train for the Level Two certification. You could be qualified for a professional snowboard instructor's job in no time!
Great employment opportunities
As part of our training we provide information and advice to help our students “live the dream” once the course has finished. We have a great network of connections all around the world to help you begin instructing at a fantastic resort the following winter. We will assist you with advice and guide you through the employment application process to help you succeed in finding the job you want.
