TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following information is provided to ensure that the conditions and circumstances under which the course is offered are clear and understood.

1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of NZ$1500 is due when we receive your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the course start date.

2. Cancellation: Should you cancel 30 days before the course start date you will receive a full refund minus the deposit. There will be no refunds after this date. There will be no refunds for any part of the course not undertaken or completed.

3. It is a condition of the course that all students are fully insured against injury, sickness and loss. In the event of injury, sickness or accident interrupting the course, NZ Snowboard Training Ltd trading as Snow Trainers shall not be liable for any cost or expense arising there from. No refunds can be made if a student leaves the course for any reason prior to completion.

4. Snow Trainers accepts no responsibility for any accidents, damage, loss, injury, sickness, death, cancellation, delay, detention, deviations, war strikes, quarantine or other unforeseen events.

5. Minimum Age: All students must be at least 18 years of age prior to commencement of the course unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

6. Course Variation: Due to varying student numbers and the unpredictability of snow and weather conditions Snow Trainers reserves the right to modify course details including course content, dates and schedules if required. Snow Trainers does not guarantee minimum or maximum student numbers on any course.

7. Snow Trainers reserves the right to decline, cancel or withdraw any client. We are a professional company and expect our clients to act professionally. Snow Trainers, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate participation with no refund of course fees.
