This week’s Tuesday Trick Tip front and backside shifty!
First look to practice separation of the upper and lower body as you slide ride on a green groomed trail by rotating the lower body whilst keep the upper body quiet. You may also need to slightly rotate the upper body in the opposite direction. This will allow you to come out of the trick and bring it back to your normal forward stance.
This is a great beginner trick to get more comfortable in the air and is also an introduction to doing cool tweaked out grabs like methods and weddle grabs.
