This weeks trick tip is similar to the frontside 360 nose-roll however the backside was requested and is a bit more difficult.
To start try the movement pattern with your board off to understand the timing of the fore pressure movement with the upper/ lower body rotation.
Next start with the simple move of just shifting your weight forward as you pull the tail up.
Then try this same movement with the a backside rotation doing a backside nose-roll 180.
Finally to get the 360 create more energy in your pressure and rotational movements as well as pulling that back leg through the rotation.
